If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, your provided data will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent.
Web Analysis with Google Analytics
If you have given your consent, our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated is transferred to the provider's server and stored there. You can prevent this by adjusting your cookie consent accordingly.
We have concluded a corresponding data processing agreement with the provider. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits) is pseudonymized. This only allows rough localization. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on commissioned data processing. The data is regularly deleted (currently every 26 months).

Google reCaptcha
Our website uses the captcha service reCaptcha from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to protect against spam and abusive interactions via email. When using our contact form, reCaptcha is automatically activated, and user data such as your IP address, browser data, operating system, and possibly additional data are collected by Google to distinguish real users from bots.

Online Shop
When you place an order in our online shop, your personal data and order details are stored. This includes your name, email address, address, ordered products, shipping and payment methods. Proper fulfillment of your order is not possible without this data. For payment processing, your payment details are forwarded to the payment service provider (PayPal) chosen by you, depending on the payment method.

You generally have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation, and objection with regard to your data stored with us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any way, you can complain to us or to the data protection authority.
